Distinguished Sanchi Delegation Visits Sita Amman Temple in Nuwara Eliya

In celebration of the 75th birth anniversary of the Chief Monk of Sanchi Chethiyagiri Vihara, Most Venerable Banagala Upatissa Nayaka Thero, a prominent delegation from Sanchi paid a visit to the Sita Amman Temple in Nuwara Eliya. The group was warmly welcomed by Mr. S. Thiagu, representing the temple’s governing body.

The occasion was graced by the presence of Sanchi Chethiyagiri Vihara’s Banagala Vimalatissa Thero. After their visit, the delegation extended their heartfelt greetings to Venerable Banagala Upatissa Thero, delivering well-wishes on behalf of the Sanchi community.

Mr. Santosh Jaiswal, a businessman and grandson of a pioneering entrepreneur involved in the establishment of Sanchi Vihara.
