MTI Consulting to develop strategic plan for Bank of Bhutan

MTI Consulting, a strategy consultancy said it was engaged to develop a 5-year corporate plan for the Bank of Bhutan, which operates a network of 45 branches in the South Asian nation.

An international team of MTI consultants, along with their Bhutan-based associates, are in Thimphu to launch the Bank of Bhutan’s 6-year Corporate Strategic Plan, with a thrust on AI integration and digital transformation.

The Bank of Bhutan is jointly owned by Druk Holding & Investments Ltd, which holds an 80 percent stake and the State Bank of India, which owns the remaining 20 percent. Bank of Bhutan was set up in 1968 under a Royal Charter.
